Shipping Information
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email, and the order status will be available through your Valas Los Angeles account. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Sales tax will be charged to orders within the state of California.
Valas Los Angeles is not responsible for lost or stolen goods during transit.
International Orders
Valas Los Angeles offers worldwide shipping. The cost of shipping will be estimated at checkout.
Customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Returned packages as a result of refusal to pay taxes and duties, or abandonment of the package, are subject to a non-refundable order.
